Foreign Worker Application Process

01: Application Stage

Employer initiates a request for foreign workers.
We provide a comprehensive checklist outlining the required documents.
Employer submits the necessary documents
Our team reviews, prepares the submission and arranges the schedule for walk-in interviews with:
  • KDN (Ministry of Home Affairs): Conducts a thorough review and interviews the employer.
  • JTKSM (Department of Labour Peninsular Malaysia): Reviews the application via the ePPAX portal.
    An interview may also be arranged by JTK (Department of Labour)
Upon approval, KDN issues the quota for the number of approved workers
Employer proceeds with payment of the levy fee.

02: Recruitment Candidates Stage

Employer selects the desired country of recruitment and provide us demands letters.
Our foreign manpower partners agent liaise with the respective departments to secure worker allocations.
We obtain candidate biodata from our foreign manpower partners agent.
We provide the employer with candidate profiles that match the required criteria and promptly submit the selected biodata through FWCMS for Calling Visa (VDR) processing.
JIM (Immigration Department of Malaysia) issues the Calling Visa for the approved workers.
We handle the necessary documentation transfer to the foreign manpower partners agent for deployment arrangements.

03: Notary Public Stage

Preparation of documents for the attestation process.
Submission of documents to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and respective Embassies/High Commissions/Consulates for authentication and translation.
Verification to ensure that all documents are genuine and properly certified.
Arrangement for walk-in or online submission for document attestation following embassy procedures.

04: Onboarding Process

Our foreign manpower partners agent arrange air tickets for the approved workers.
We provide the employer with timely updates on the workers’ arrival schedules.
GCR on behalf of the employer handles the arrival declaration and clearance at Malaysian entry points.
Workers are transported to the designated hostel accommodation.

05: FOMEMA

Arrangement of mandatory medical checkups at registered FOMEMA panel clinics within 30 days of arrival.
Full coordination for workers to complete the required health screening.
Notification to the employer once FOMEMA results are available:
  • If workers are certified FIT, we proceed to the next stage.
  • If workers are UNFIT, we assist in arranging replacements according to procedures.

06: Work Permit Endorsement (PLKS)

Upon passing medical screening, we proceed to obtain work permit endorsements from the Immigration Department.
Collection of original passports for submission to the relevant State Immigration Office.
Upon successful endorsement, endorsed passports are returned to the employer for record-keeping and worker deployment.
